Experimenting with the idea of giving back the central urban space that is normally taken over by parked cars to local residents and pedestrians. Using the theories of architectural theorist Jan Gehl who stated cars skew the perception and human scale of cities, these pieces use the bench which acts as an invitation to sit and spend time in a place that the regular pedestrian wouldn't otherwise use.
